EXTRUSION

We extrude rubber profiles endlessly and vulcanize with modern hot air technology. We mainly process EPDM, but also SBR, NBR and TPE from a wide variety of elastomers.
Our extrusion lines are also designed for the production of 2K [co-extrusion] extrusions. The equipment of the extrusions with expansion barriers is mostly carried out in glass cord quality. Visible surface profiles are monitored and documented online by camera systems.

FLOCKING

Our production lines are equipped with several flocking devices in order to be able to flock on both sides online.
We mainly process polyester flock, but also polyamide qualities. In addition, we have several flocking lines for contract flocking of extrusions and moulded parts on behalf of our customers. At the customer’s request, we can also coat the flocking with a bonded coating.

UPGRADES:

CONFECTION

The extrudates are manufactured according to the customer’s specifications in a wide range of different designs: Piece lengths, contour trimming, end trimming, vulcanised end caps and much more.

BONDED COATING

Upon customer request, the extrudates can be equipped with various bonded coating qualities, including multi-component versions. We cooperate with all common manufacturers of bonded coatings.

ADHESIVE TAPES

The extrudates can be equipped with a wide variety of adhesive tape qualities on customer request. We cooperate with all common suppliers of adhesive tapes.
